What are the service plan prices?
The current plan prices shown on the page are SJM Essential at £11 per month, SJM Standard at £17.99 per month, and SJM Complete at £23.99 per month. Fix & Join is a separate £240.99 one-off repair route where suitable.
Are the plans available for every boiler straight away?
Not always. Plans are subject to boiler age, condition, eligibility, and inspection, so SJM Heating may need to check the boiler details before confirming the right route.
What if my boiler has already broken down?
If the boiler is already faulty, it usually makes more sense to start with repair help or Fix & Join first. Once the current issue is understood, SJM Heating can confirm whether a service plan still makes sense afterwards.
Do service plans only suit newer boilers?
No. They can suit existing boilers as well, but the right option depends on the boiler age, condition, and whether it is still a sensible boiler to back long term.
What is included in the service plans?
